OSO Ortho Scan Organizer

OSO is a user-friendly programme to set up a defined information database, which can be used for complex task such as patient analysis, for example.

The programme comes with a Checklist for diabetics, measuring sheet of feet and legs, electronic blueprint and lot's more.
The ideal help for preparing and manufacturing insoles, orthopaedic footwear and organising of all data, concerning the feet and materials.

The software complies with ISO norms, since the old patient data is not overwritten but kept in a historical order, this also makes it very easy to trace back patients history, giving you a clearer view of the changes.

This database can be archived, doing so you will be able to save the complete history of all your patients, without having to organise them in folders.

OSO is network compatible and ensures effective, digital communication not only between shop-fittingroom and workshop, but also between the outlets, the patients, the suppliers, the doctors, the insurance companies - you name it.
This makes it incredibly time and cost efficient.

With the supplied A3 scanner, a blueprint of both feet can be taken in no time.
This scanned image of the feet, on a scale of 1:1 can be recalled in an instant, at all times.
You can easily adjust the scan and mark problem zones or extent the picture with additional information.
OSO also makes the communication easier, because of the various print options possible.

The system is designed to suit the needs of the podotherapie, the podologie, the orthopaedic shoe technique, it can very well be used for the manufacturing of insoles and also for specialised Comfort -shoe shops to name but a few.

Once the different Insurance companies, doctors, patient diagnosis and own patient descriptions have been filled in, you can easily select the data any time you need it and fill in new patient sheets in no time. This will save you time and also uniform the work within your company. The digital calendar makes the search for the birthday really easy.

Furthermore you can always add your own remarks, with unlimited space to fill. Added information that might come in handy in the future.

Easy:
The customer can be traced easily by name, postal code, birthday or ID number(s).

The Scan:
Both feet are scanned simultaneously, the pre-view field enables you to position the feet correctly before scanning. The scanning only takes seconds and the results immediately appear on your screen. The feet can be selected apart and a white blackground replaces the black one. The reason being that a black background would take far to much toner reserve when printing out.

Furthermore the scale of the feet can be adjusted, according to your own preference, for example 1:1 or 1:2 etc.

The Selection:
The scanned feet can be saved in the client's data and you can of course print it or use 'save as… to save it as bmp-data in another file, which enables you to send it per e-mail.
Thus plenty of options available

Marking Problemzones:
If you wish to mark problem zones just like on a real blue print the system offers ample possibilities. You can for example add text, insert different shapes, such as circles, ellipse, rectangles, but you can also opt to draw free-hand.
Additionally there is a large choice of different colours available, enabling you to bring accross your points clearly.

The scan can be printed with or without these additional marks.

Sending scans:
This data can be send electronically, via email or through a connected network. The scan also can be send via e-mail or printed out and send on. This makes the communication within the company and outside it a lot easier.

Print screens:
There are also different types letters available, such as a standart letter to give to your patient for their doctor, feetscan and diagnosis can be included.
The patientdata, with the most relevant information can also be printed.

Patient's history:
For all the information you wish to record during the examination there is a proper space for it , within the system. This ensures a clear and organised picture per patient and examination date.

Other employees, such as the workshop staff will also know how to find the details. Just think how much easier this makes comunicating the right information.

Support stockings:
The same goes for the measuring and fitting of support stockings. You can also fill in the correct data in one uniform sheet, wich can be found and used easily.

Additional analasys data:
Furthermore you can record the sensibilty of diabetic patients in an easy and systematic manner. The graphic is automatically generated and shows with help of a colour-table if the measurements are within the normal range considering the age of the client.

Photo album per patient
Nowadays it is almost common to take pictures during an examination.
These pictures if not already taken with an digital camera can easily be scanned into the system.
With the OSO system all outside data can easily be added to the patient data.
A folder is automatically created for every new picture that is added.
The name of the folder refelcts the day it was created, therefore ensuring that all archived data can easily be found in future.

This option is mainly used for the recording of pictures such as:
The feet
The product(s)
The orthopeadic shoes
The insoles

You can even scan in the doctor's prescription and save it in this folder.
Which will very probably save a lot of searching time in future.

WinZip-file
First the data base files are wrapped up, wich only takes seconds, and by pushing the button 'archive' the database is saved in your archive.
The name of this file consist of the date and time it was created.

Giving you always a clear picture of the archived files. These can also send per e-mail of course.
