The Dutch based company Jos America storms the American market: custom shoes powered by technology. With a special device, costumers feet are digitally messured and engineered and with ORTHO-KING.COM a wide range of fashionable shoes are offered, which can be addapted to the size and volume of the feet. These custom shoes are not made locally anymore, but in connected factories, mainly in Europe. A leading company in specialised shoes, the Eneslow Footcare Center, opened on 19th April 2007 at Park Avenue, New York City, a new shop with this new Dutch concept. The owner of Eneslow and the general manager of Jos America, where 50 people are employed, did meet last year at an exhibition in Indianapolis. Since then they work together intensively. Jos America installed the full workshop of this state-of-the-art shoe shop, as well as its training center, where new pedortics are being trained.

Jos America installed an external dust extraction (Flexam Vakuum 80 Compact - Large),
which is self cleaning and fully controlling all machinery. The volume adapts fully automaticcaly
to the dust extraction needed by the employees at any time.

With an amazing low noice level of only 58 dB(A), it was possible to place the installation in the workshop itself,
without any problem. You will find this favourite Dutch dust extraction system in many more US & Canadian workshops soon.
