During the tradeshow in hannover, jos america made a great impression with their good-looking and informative stand. But a special incident, which took place on saturday morning, probably describes it all.

One of the visitors ask an employee of the jos america team, to switch on the external dust-extraction system, type flexam vakuum 80 compact, which was present. He wanted to judge the noise level and suction capacity himself. Peter dekkers, technical sales adviser by jos america, explained in a friendly manner that the dust extraction system was in fact already switched on. The visitor couldn't hear anything and therefore asked again for the system to be switched on. In the meantime, the other members of the staff, hans veldhuizen, birgit voss and caspar america became aware of the situation. The display, on the control panel was shown to him, to let him see and convince him that the installation was indeed running on full power. As soon as the visitor started to work on the presented flexam fsb115 sanding machine the suction valves opened automatically, thanks to the modern sensor technique, which concentrates the suction to the workplace used. He was utterly astonished when this happened. With most dust extraction systems there is a roaring noise as soon as it is switched on. This extraction system however is the first one to stay under the 60 db(a). This is also due to the especially designed and integrated silencing system. You really have to put your ear to the unit to be able to hear the system at all. This was certainly an incident to put a smile on ones face and it will probably be remembered for a long time.

This visitor has in the meantime ordered one of our systems; "i have been on the look out for a system which is low in noise and with a better dust extraction. This is by far the best i have come across and that one could wish for. Therefore i do not want to wait any longer", according to a new and satisfied flexam user.
